I have been trying to figure out what the ultimate goal of my Business Ethics course should be. I have taught this course several times and am looking for a guiding project to thread through the entire course.
I have a new idea.
I am going to form teams and have the teams create the Most Ethical Business. I will use the same content I have used in the past- textbook, case studies, 5 Dysfunctions of a Team (book).
But since most business students think businesses are by nature unethical, it will be up to them to create an ethical company. Let the adventure begin…
